As part of raising self-esteem, the next step is to discover our personal strengths. We all have some! Sometimes we don't realize a strength we have because the world doesn't label it a strength or because we are so focused on wishing we had someone else's strength that we fail to recognize our own! But when you recognize your strengths for what they are, rather than focusing on what you are not, then you can begin to use them more effectively, to serve you better!
