Tuesday Morning
What is pilancing? Pilates + Dancing = Pilancing join certified personal trainer and
Pilates instructor Erin for an hour of Core and Cardio!
Even yogis need some extra cardiovascular work and this class
Will get your blood pumping, your core tight, and make you Sweat.

Restorative/Gentle  Comfortable positions on floor supported by blankets, bolsters and blocks. Staying in poses longer  allowing gravity to create release in the body. Classes include meditation. A little bit of heaven here on earth. All levels.
 
Monday & Thursday Evening Hot Yoga  Series of poses done in a heated room. (Same series repeated every week)    Designed to help detoxify the body and increase flexibility, strength & stamina. Muscles warm up quicker enabling one to go deeper into poses. Meditation with inspirational reading. Please bring a towel &  water.  Appropriate for all levels. (See the "Why HOT Yoga?" tab on the left for more information) (Secular class)
 
Tuesday Evening Hot Yoga   A Vinyasa practice done in a heated room. Class begins with scripture meditation. Hot yoga is designed to help detoxify the body and increase focus, flexibility, strength, endurance and balance. Suitable for those with some prior yoga experience. PLEASE BRING A TOWEL & Water. 
 
Wedneday Evening 6:30 PM and
Saturday Morning Hot Yoga @ 8:30 AM  A yoga practice done in a heated room. Hot yoga is designed to help detoxify the body and increase focus, flexibility, strength, endurance and balance. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience. PLEASE BRING A TOWEL & Water. 
 
THE STUDIO HAS DECIDED ON THE FOLLOWING POLICY FOR ALL HOT YOGA CLASSES: NO ONE UNDER 16 CAN TAKE THE HOT YOGA CLASS. ANYONE UNDER 18 WILL NEED A CONSENT FORM SIGNED BY A PARENT.
